Payment: Suggested monthly charges are payable on a yearly advance basis. Payment for all services should be made by cheque or through online RTGS transfer.

Taxes: All applicable taxes are extra as applicable.

Price Validity: The validity of the price tariff is for a period of one year from the date of activation of licenses.

License Transfer: H-Office licenses are not transferable.

Discount Policy: Discounts are available based on the volume of licenses and payment terms.

Default Storage: All H-Office subscriptions come with a default storage allocation of 1GB per user. If additional storage is required, clients have the flexibility to purchase add-on services at any time during their subscription.

Refund Policy: Due to the intangible nature of deliverables, there is no refund policy under any circumstances.

Licensing Activation and Commencement of Services: Subscription to our package will be considered from the date of creation of the link and intimated to you with the admin user’s name and password.

Package Deliverables and Scope of Services: Default package deliverables include the activation of licenses and remote guidance on all standard features.

Package Minimum Subscription Criteria: You may opt for a minimum of 3 user licenses or more as per requirements on any selected package for a minimum period of 1 year from the date of activation with advance payment.

Exit Policy: The subscription of licenses is not transferable.

Implementation Charges: Additional charges for one-time setup, implementation, and training are applicable.

E-mail Integration: You can integrate using SMTP services without any extra charge. For transactional email, no additional fees apply. However, for marketing email services, you will need to purchase currency, and SMS services will incur charges.

Currency Charges: For Email, SMS, and WhatsApp services, currency charges are extra and applicable.

Packages

Accounts Analytics: Accounts analytics do not cover reports such as Balance Sheet, P&L, and Trial Balance, etc.

Add-Ons

Compatibility Check: Not all Add-Ons support every standard package of H-Office. Please refer to the latest H-Office price tariff document to verify the compatibility of each Add-On with the standard packages.

Integrations Pricing

Integration Coverage: Packages covering modules supported in integrations by default support all related integration functionalities.

Implementation & Support Packages

Session Duration: Each session within the Implementation & Support Packages (Online / Offline) consists of a maximum of 2 hours.

Onsite Visits (Out Station): For onsite visits, additional charges for travel and accommodation will apply.

Dedicated Account Manager Allocation: Benefit from the personalized touch with a dedicated account manager allocated to oversee your project by selecting any of the above support packs.
