New Development:

New Field in Ship through Master at Setup Side:
Added a new field with options: Route, Transporter.

Franchise Portal Changes and Improvement Points: Implemented various changes and improvements in the franchise portal.

Create Indent from Work Order: New functionality to create indents directly from work orders.

New Field in Ship Through Master in Setup -> Purchase: Added a new field related to shipping options.

Material Identification in Product Setup: A new master added in Setup -> Product for 12-month wise color coding to help identify stock color during transactions like invoice, DC, stock JV, and stock transfer.

New Option Menu for Address Type Master in Setup -> Contact: Introduced a master for address types in Setup -> Contact. Users can now select from a dropdown list instead of manually entering address types during contact and prospect entries.

Improvements & Changes:

MSME Type & MSME No:
Two new fields added in the contact master for better classification and tracking.

Create Indent Option from Threshold Stock Report: Added the option to create indents directly from the Report -> Products -> Threshold Stock Report.

Auto Task Option in Quotation Details Page: Introduced an auto-task option in the quotation details page, similar to those available in sales and purchase modules.

Create Purchase Order from Product Requirement Report: Added the functionality to create purchase orders directly from the Products Requirement Report.

New Searching Criteria in Product Requirement Report: Two new search criteria added:

• Only zero stock product.
• Sales order number-wise search.

The “Only zero stock product” search field is now available.

New Field in Contact Class Master: A new field added in Setup -> Contact -> Class Master allows for differentiation between contact and prospect classes, catering to user needs for bifurcation.

Development -> New Config in Lead Module: Added a configuration in the lead module to ensure the status of a lead does not change based on stages when a new outcome is added to a won lead.

Overall Discount Column in Invoice Register Report: Added an “Overall Discount” column in the Invoice Register report with options to view, export to Excel, and print.

Audit Flag for Transactions: Enabled audit flag column on every transaction home page to indicate whether a transaction is audited or not.

Bug Fixes:

Same Product Use with Attributes in Custom BOM Having Issue:
When using two identical products with different attributes, they are not being saved properly.

Workorder Cancellation: Automatically removes reference of mapped MFG JV when a work order is canceled, allowing the same MFG JV to be attached to the next work order.

Development -> Assign Bug Fixing: Resolved the daily work report count issue in the Inquiry Followups Not Taken tested link.

Development -> Products Attributes Points: When adding Product Code Attributes, selecting Base and Active for Code Generation in the Product Category ensures all fixed products do not change attributes. “Open now” should not appear.

These fixed attributes will appear in all transactions without the need to click the save button.
