MISS CALL INTEGRATION

  • Select 10 Digit Mobile Number or Toll free Number for missed Call gateway Services
  • Configure missed call interaction as ” New Support Request”   or as a “New Lead”
  • While Handling duplicate “Missed Call”, set “delay timing” to avoid frequent, auto response
  • On receipt of missed call, create “Auto event”, based on caller’s profile by referring H-Office contacts
  • While Creating above Event, also Auto Assign event to executive name refer in selected contact in H-Office.
