New Features:
Department-wise Stock Report:
A new report has been added under Inventory Report -> Stock Summary, allowing users to view stock summaries categorized by department.
Product Master: Add/Edit Time New Field – Classification:
A new classification field has been added during product master add/edit operations. The available classification options are:
- Accessories
- Finished goods
- Parts
- Projects
- Raw materials
- Semi-finished goods Service
Stock Reservation Functionality in WO:
A new feature allows users to reserve stock for future use through a Work Order (WO) linked to a Sales Order (SO). The reserved stock will only be available for the linked SO, ensuring that it cannot be used in other transactions. The reserved stock is visible when generating invoices for the relevant SO.
Allow Kitset Product and Render BOM Products in Sales Contract:
This functionality enables Kitset products to be included in sales contracts, with the ability to render Bill of Materials (BOM) products linked to the Kitset.
Enhancements:
Purchase Order – Line Item Wise Scheduled Delivery Date:
Users can now schedule delivery dates at the line item level for purchase orders.
Contact Import Sheet – New Branch Field Added:
A new Branch field has been added to the contact import sheet, enabling easier data classification.
Setup -> Lead -> Config Setting: Help Content Added:
A help symbol and content have been added to the configuration settings in the Lead module to assist users.
Indent Start and End Date with Time:
The Indent module now captures both date and time for the start and end fields, improving precision in tracking.
Direct Purchase Order Creation from Indent (If Approved):
Users can now create a purchase order directly from the Indent detail page if the Indent is approved, bypassing the vendor requisition form submission process.
Outstanding Amount Variable in Invoice Templates:
A new variable for “Outstanding Amount” has been introduced in invoice templates (Honest, PDF, and Word), allowing users to reflect the unpaid balance in the template.
Added Pricelist and Branch Fields in Contact Detail Page:
Pricelist and Branch fields have been added to the Contact detail page, with branch field-based search functionality also added to the advanced search for contacts.
