We are excited to announce the release of H-Office Update v24.09 for September 2024, bringing a variety of new developments, improvements, and bug fixes. This update aims to further enhance your experience with H-Office. Below is a detailed description of the key highlights:

New Features:

Custom Full Number Generation Functionality (Company-Wise):

Users can now create custom full numbers for any transaction on a company-specific basis. Settings for this functionality are available for each company.

New Report Added in Purchase Section – PO to Payment Report:

A new report has been introduced in the Purchase section, called the PO to Payment report, which includes classification options such as:
  • Accessories
  • Finished goods
  • Parts
  • Projects
  • Raw materials
  • Semi-finished goods Service
  • Service

Invoice Import:

Invoice cum Receipt Import Functionality:
We’ve added a feature that allows users to create receipts alongside invoices when importing invoices.

GRN Express – New Portal Added:

A new GRN (Goods Receipt Note) express portal has been added to streamline the process.

Enhancements:

Add New Variable in Help Page of Invoice Automation Scheduler:

The help page for invoice automation schedulers now includes new variables, such as the “as on date” receivable amount and credit receivable details.

Display of Associated Documents in Contact Details:

In the Contact Details, users can now view associated documents from multiple sources, including:
  • Support Requests (with replies)
  • Appointments
  • Tasks

Attribute Value View with Label and Value:

When creating transactions that involve attribute entries in product line items, users can now hover over the product to view selected attribute values, helping to quickly identify which values and attributes are associated with each product without needing to click the attribute button.

Product Division Change Ordering – New Feature Added:

In Setup -> Product -> Division, a new “change order” functionality has been introduced, which reflects division selections in products and BOMs.

New Department Column Added in Import Opening Stock:

A department column has been added to the import opening stock functionality to improve categorization.

Product Attributes Column Added in Quotation Summary List:

A new product attributes column is now visible in the Quotation Summary list, along with a “Multi Export to Excel” button on the quotation home page.

Add Pricelist and Branch Field in Contact Detail Page:

A new Pricelist and Branch field has been added to the Contact Detail page. Additionally, a branch field- wise search option is now available in the Contact page.

Bug Fixes:

Product Import – Error Message Return Sheet Column Displaying Issue:

After importing products, if any records are invalid, the returned error sheet was previously displaying error messages in the incorrect column. This has now been fixed.

Display of Associated Documents in Contact Details:

Previously, the associated documents from support requests, appointments, and tasks were not displayed in the Contact Details page. This issue has been resolved.
